Reviewers agree on what this tier delivers. Completing KYC with government ID and a facial scan removes the 5% top-up fee of the unverified Mastercard tier, raises the monthly ceiling from about $5,000 to $100,000, and unlocks Apple Pay and Google Pay on a Visa card funded 1:1 with USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana, with deposits also accepted from several other networks. Reddit threads confirm a real use case, paying USD subscriptions such as ChatGPT Plus, Discord Nitro and Google Workspace where local bank cards are restricted, and that narrow use is most of the appeal. Fees remain the sticking point even after verification: $10 issuance, $0.30 per successful transaction, $0.15 on purchases under $10, 2% FX, about 0.3% on Apple and Google Pay, $1 a month, and a withdrawal route with a $10 minimum, a fee and a 48-hour settlement window. Independent reviewers conclude that a $3 coffee makes no sense on this card and that it suits consolidated monthly billing. Trust is the weaker side. Trustpilot sits at roughly 2.2 out of 5 on a thin base, with reports of cards revoked without notice, dashboards offline for maintenance, refund requests unanswered for weeks and support stuck in automation. In June 2025 an unnamed banking partner forced a halt to unverified Visa issuance, accounts froze and balances were hard to recover. The operator is registered in Hong Kong while its terms bar Hong Kong residents, and no issuing bank, licence or deposit insurance is named. The advertised cashback of up to 8% in $SOLC appears inactive, and the token trades near $0.01 after a drop of about 96%. Users also report declines at automated fuel pumps and ATMs, geographic blocks while travelling, blocks on certain merchant categories, and repeated declines leading to permanent cancellation. It is best used as a disposable subscription card funded with only what you are about to spend.
